Growing Up Essay

 Due Date: May 15, 2009

 

As the year comes to an end, it is important to take a look back at what has happened.  Ask yourself the following questions:

 

* How have you changed from the beginning of this year to now?

* What have you learned about yourself?

* What gave you learned about others?

* How have you grown?

* What goals have you met?

 

Write a five-paragraph essay explaining how you have changed over the school year and why you changed.

Organize your ideas into a sequence. Perhaps you can organize it by lessons learned or by how you feel you’ve grown.

 

After you’ve organized your ideas, write your rough draft. Have someone look at it if you would like. Make sure this essay is a good one!

 

Finally, take the rough draft and do a final copy. This needs to be typed in Times New Roman 12 or handwritten NEATLY in blue or black pen.
