Course Description: Physical Education will focus on a variety of sporting activities throughout the semester. Students will gain knowledge of sport specific skills through drills and games. They will combine locomotor, nonlocomotor, and manipulative skills to meet the demands of complex movement activities. Students will be empowered to make choices, meet challenges and develop positive behaviors in fitness, wellness and movement activities for a lifetime.

PE Uniform: Students must dress out everyday into PE clothes that consist of black shorts, grey or white t-shirt, and athletic shoes with laces.

Stamp sheet: Students will receive a yes stamp if they are on time and dress out.

Grading: Each student can earn up to 5 participation points per day based on her effort performed. Students that do not dress out will not be allowed to participate that day and receive a 0 pts.
